Side by Side by Sondheim
The musical Side by Side by Sondheim will be presented at the Dakota Theatre on September 13-15th. This musical revue of Sondheim music will include familiar songs such as Comedy Tonight, Broadway Baby, Send in the Clown, and A Boy Like That (from West Side Story.) Yankton Airport Breakfast
Take flight at the Chan Gurney Municipal Airport for an airport breakfast on Sunday, September 15th from 8am-noon. Serving pancakes, sausage, orange drink, coffee & milk. Cost is $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 5-10, and children under 5 eat free. Sponsored by the Yankton Regional Aviation Association and the City of Yankton.
Avera Sacred Heart Grand Give
Join Avera Sacred Heart Hospital for a night of sparkle and shine at the 2024 Glitter and Games Gala on Friday, September 20th at 6pm. Riverfront Broadcasting 20th Celebration
Riverfront Broadcasting is celebrating 20 years on the radio with a special concert coming to Yankton! Actor and Country star John Schneider, also known as Bo Duke from the Dukes of Hazzard TV series, will be at the Dakota Theatre on October 5th. Special guest Keith Burns from the hit making country group Trick Pony will be opening the night! Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn
Irving Berlin’s Holiday Inn will be presented at the Dakota Theatre November 22-24th. Holiday Inn tells the story of Jim, who leaves the bright lights of show business behind to settle down on his farmhouse in Connecticut… but life just isn’t the same without a bit of song and dance. Jim’s luck takes a spectacular turn when he meets Linda, a spirited schoolteacher with talent to spare. But when Jim’s best friend Ted tries to lure Linda to Hollywood to be his new dance partner, will Jim be able to salvage his latest chance at love?
